If you want us to work on your project this the process that we will normally follow:

1. Acquaintance call

Let’s do a 15 minute call to get to know each other a little better. You can tell us about your project, and your goals, and we can give shape to an idea of a collaboration.

2. Discovery

During this period we will exchange a few messages and work asynchronously. We will look at the public resources of your project, understand your repos and your project structure a little better, who does what, how contributions work, etc. So that we make sure we understand your collaboration culture before we commit.

3. Proposal

After the discovery stage we are ready to send you a work proposal with what we think will get the project closer to your goals. The proposal will include an estimation of the costs.

4. Planning & scheduling

Once we have agreed on the proposal, we make a project plan, we like to work in sprints of 10 days at most. In this stage we will schedule the different activities, so that we can work together to meet your release targets.

5. The Sprint(s)

Depending on the size of project there might be one or more sprints. Each sprint will result in some deliverables together with a documentation of the work, and a contribution package in the format agreed earlier (i.e. asset commits, PRs, etc).

We will repeat this part of the process untill we have cleared the agreed scope of the project.

6. Project delivery

We will have a call with you were we will present the results and together we will do a review of the project, to get a better picture of how things went for everyone involved and review the process.

7. Project afterlife

We will give you access to our forge, so that you can always come back to find the contributions and stay in sync for future releases. We give 20 hours of afterlife support included in the project, during the first year after delivery.
